Just a few of the brand partnerships I’ve helped develop - these aren’t my main speciality, but if you hand me a project, I’ll make it happen.

At first, I was approached about a press event, but after I sat down and pitched the LADbible and Amazon teams, this project grew until it was the global digital launch of the Wheel of Time TV series with Amazon Prime Video.

This project involved custom avatars, evolving virtual worlds, and at one point we ended up using the ENTIRE capacity of AWS in North America to handle the hordes. This was a dream project - the teams were amazing to work with and I’m a huge fan of the series!

After the first season concluded, this activation was shortlisted for a Mumbrella award for “Best Use of Experiential Marketing,” was a finalist for a Media Federation of Australia “Innovation in Media 2022” award and won the ProMax Gold award for "“Best Virtual Event” 2022.

Wizards Of The Coast’s ‘Magic The Gathering’ Strixhaven Virtual PR Event Was A Masterclass In Pandemic Event Planning” - Forbes.com

" …accessible, engaging virtual events…." Forbes.com

This was my first large brand activation with Gather.town. I was the Gather lead, and developed it with Wizards of the Coast & YRS TRULY, a fantastic agency based in London. We had hundreds of influencers, streamers, press, and cast moving through a completely custom virtual world to celebrate the launch of Strixhaven. Magic liked it so much, they came back and we did it again next year with the Dungeons & Dragons expansion launch!

Forbes 30 Under 30 - Decade of Disruption

This project started with me cold calling the Forbes team, and ended by convincing them to move their flagship 30 Under 30 event onto our platform. I was the Gather project manager and lead, and we built this event in partnership with AMS, and the incredible Forbes team!

In the end, this project won a DotComm Platinum Award for “Best Live Streaming / Audience Interaction” and a 2021 Virtual Events Award.
